Re-enrollment

The re-enrollment/new application fee changes to $600 this Thursday, March 1, 2018.

Our performing Arts department presents : The Little Mermaid Jr.  Click here to purchase tickets.  You can choose from several different shows:  March 22-24 at our North Campus.

 Spring Pictures Are Coming
On April 16. all Middle school students will have their Spring pictures taken during their Science class. Students must be in school dress code which includes a collared shirt.

Rising 8th Grade Parent Washington DC Meeting
Please mark your calendars now to attend an important meeting about the upcoming 8th grade Washington DC trip next school year. It will be March 13 during the Parent meeting in Welcome Center rooms 1113/1114.

 Rising 9th Grade Informational Parent Meeting
Please join Mr. Hamilton on March 13 to discuss important information to get your rising 9th grader ready for High School. It will be in the Event Center.

Re-enrollment

All Middle school students are invited to purchase a pizza lunch on February 22.  The money will go towards the rising 8th grade Washington trip in October.  If your child does not purchase pizza, they will need to bring a drink and non microwavable lunch

On March 2, 2018, the Hickory Grove Venture club is planning a family ski trip.  If you are interested please review the attachment for more details.  All families are invited. Payment is due tomorrow.

Middle School Pizza Lunch

This workshop will help our parents teach their children how to lead balanced digital lives by focusing on the connection between brain development and media use with the goal of reconnecting families in today’s digital world. This workshop is open to all parents of Hickory Grove. You can click here to register online.

Our next BOX TOP collection date is Friday, Feb 2nd!

Thank you for supporting Hickory Grove Christian School by collecting Box Tops.  
Our school earns 10 cents for each box top submitted.  We will have two more collection times this school year on
February 2nd and May 4th. You can help us reach our goal by sending in your Box Tops on those dates.


HERE ARE A COUPLE OF TIPS TO HELP MAKE SUBMITTING BOX TOPS EASIER:
• Ask your family members and neighbors for save them for you.
• Bundle your Box Tops in groups of 50 using a Ziploc bag or envelope.
• Write your child’s name, homeroom teacher and grade on the bag or envelope.


 We will give out prizes for the students submitting the most Box Tops in each grade level!

Our school will receive a check based on the number of Box Tops submitted which will be used to purchase items
the school needs.

Report Cards
2nd quarter report cards (1st semester) is available for you to view/print. They will remain open until Friday, January, 19. If you need to print a copy of your child's report card, please make sure you do so by Friday, January 19. This option will be closed by the end of the day on 1/19/18.

 A big DominicanThank you:
Thank you to everyone that donated items to take to the Dominican.  We had 69 seniors and 10 chaperones leave Monday, Jan 8 with 32 suitcases full of diapers, flip flops, book bags, toothpaste, etc. We also received several monetary donations to help feed the families of the Dominican.  Did you know that $15.00 will feed a family of 4 for a month?
