Car Pool Request
I was wondering if there are any parents or high school student who would be able to give Dustin a ride home after school for the next 3 months (Dec – Feb).

I live very close to the school (only 1.5 miles) on Pence Pond Lane.If anyone is interested, I can be contacted at 704-241-7181 OR by email at hgreen@snyderslance.com

Cafeteria Closings
On December 12 and December 14, the cafeteria will be closed.  All students will need to pack a non microwavable lunch and drink.  Students will be eating in classrooms for these 2 days. There will be no food available for students to purchase.

Performing Arts Concerts
On, Friday, Dec 1, there will be a band concert at our Latin Campus.  It will begin at 6:30 pm and is free.


On Monday, Dec 4, there will be a Winter Performing Arts Performance at 6:30 pm in the Event Center.  Free of charge.




Message from Admissions
Current HGCS Parents, 

The 2018-2019 Re-enrollment instructions for current students will be added to the Renweb announcement page on November 1 and will run through January 31, 2018.  If you have any questions, regarding re-enrollment, please contact the admissions office at 704-531-3589.
UPCOMING EVENTS

  • November 29  Moms in Prayer Meeting cancelled
  • November 30 Toys for Tots Collection ends
  • December 1  Band Concert  Latin campus 6:30 pm free of charge
  • December 4  Winter Performing Arts Concert 6:30 pm Event Center  free of charge
  • December 7 Grandparents/Christmas Chapel 8:00 am Worship Center. Grandparents are invited for Senior Adult Brunch at 9:30 am in the Family Life Center. Cost is $7 
  • December 12 and 14 cafeteria closed. All students must pack a non microwavable lunch and drink
  • December 15  12:00 pm dismissal for all students/ 2nd Quarter ends
  • December 18-29  Christmas Break /  NO SCHOOL/ MERRY CHRISTMAS

 Middle School Curriculum Night:

Please join us Tuesday, August 23rd to meet your child's teachers and hear about what is expected during the school year:  This is for parent only and will begin at 5:30


  • 6th grade will meet in rooms 3312/3314 on the 3rd floor
  • 7th grade will meet in Mr. Sander's room (3214)
  • 8th grade will meet in Ms. Griffin's room (3208)

Car Pool Request:
Hello, I am writing to ask if you could please help me solicit a carpool situation for Imani and Caleb. I will need help 2-3 times a week for the months of Sep. And Oct. I would be willing to offer gas money to anyone willing to help. We live off of Harisburg rd. My contact number is 518-528-9280

Middle school car line:

 Middle school parents should get in the 2:45 car line for afternoon pick up.
