Middle School Cheerleading Tryouts

MS Cheer is NOT holding try-outs today. If we can get a minimum of six girls, we can have a team. If we have six sign up through FAMILY ID by TOMORROW, we will hold try-outs on Wednesday.

Report Cards
1st quarter report cards will be available to parents to view and print beginning Tuesday, October 15.  This option will be available through Monday, October 28. 




Tickets are on sale now for "Miracle on 34th Street". There will be two showings,
November 15 and 16 at 7:00 pm in the Event Center (cafeteria)
Adults $8.00
Students: 6:00
Kids under 3 free
Booster club members free

November 5: NJHS Induction ceremony 1:00 in the Worship Center
November 7: Open House 12 pm & 6 pm / Parent Night 6 pm
November 8: Last day to purchase Thanksgiving banquet tickets
November 11: Veteran's Day. NO SCHOOL.
November 15-16: Fall Play, Miracle on 34th Street-7:00 pm
November 26: Grandparents Chapel/Thanksgiving Banquet 9:30 AM. Students dismissed at noon.
November 27: TWD-NO SCHOOL
November 28-29: Happy Thanksgiving
December 5: Christmas Chapel

Week of October 21, 2019





Operation Charlotte begins on Monday, October 21, 2019. This week is a week designated to serve our Charlotte communities. Students from ALL grades will serve in places such as our HG Food Pantry, Taylor Glen, Brookdale Retirement, Hospitality House, and many more. One of the major events that week is, of course, our Feed the Need Packing Party on Tuesday, October 22nd. If you are willing to volunteer at the packing party, please sign up here.

For safety reasons, only parents and grandparents are allowed to come and eat lunch with a current HG student.  Any former graduate of HG may come and eat with a student with permission from Mr.Hamilton via email. Once permission is obtained, we will let the front desk and Officer Dan know that permission has been granted.

Week of October 14, 2019



Operation Charlotte begins on Monday, October 21, 2019. This week is a week designated to serve our Charlotte communities. Chapel
Chapel will be on October 17 at 9:30 am. Parents are always invited. Students do need to be in honors dress code

 Makeup Pictures
If your child missed the Fall yearbook pictures, the makeup date will be Monday, Oct 21st.

Carpool Request
